본 약관은 현병익(이하 "운영자")이 제공하는 TOPIK 학습 앱 PassVoca(이하 "앱")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 앱을 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 이번 출시의 앱 표시 언어는 English와 日本語입니다.
1. 서비스
앱은 TOPIK 코스, 예문 장면, 학습·퀴즈·복습 세션과 간격 반복 학습 기능을 제공합니다. 학습 기능은 로그인 없이도 기기에서 사용할 수 있습니다. 앱에는 광고가 없습니다.
로그인과 동기화는 선택 사항입니다. Apple 또는 Google로 로그인하고 동기화를 켜면 계정에 연결된 기기 사이에서 동기화 계약에 포함된 학습 진도, 복습 상태, 세션과 목록 등을 이어갈 수 있습니다.
2. 앱 라이선스와 이용자 책임
운영자는 이용자가 본 약관을 지키는 동안 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 앱을 사용할 수 있는 제한적이고 양도할 수 없는 라이선스를 부여합니다. 앱의 리버스 엔지니어링, 역컴파일, 무단 재배포와 서비스 또는 콘텐츠를 방해하는 행위는 금지됩니다. 이용자는 관련 법령과 스토어 약관을 지켜야 합니다.
3. 콘텐츠와 사용자 생성 학습 데이터
앱의 TOPIK 단어, 예문, 이미지, 큐레이션, 소프트웨어와 디자인에 관한 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이 약관은 그러한 콘텐츠의 소유권을 이용자에게 이전하지 않습니다.
이용자가 앱에서 만든 단어·뜻·예문·목록과 학습 기록 등 사용자 생성 학습 데이터에 관한 권리는 이용자에게 남습니다. 로그인하지 않으면 해당 데이터는 기기에 저장됩니다. 로그인하고 동기화를 켜면 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서 계정에 연결된 서버로 전송·저장됩니다. 이용자는 자신이 입력하거나 공유하는 데이터에 필요한 권리를 가지고 있어야 하며, 법령이나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 내용을 입력하지 않아야 합니다.
설정의 데이터 내보내기는 전체 학습 상태를 담은 Archive v2 JSON을 만들 수 있습니다. 설정, 코스 참조, 보관함, 사용자 단어·뜻·예문·입력형, 학습 프로그램, 종료된 세션, 복습 카드·기준선·이벤트, 오답 표시, 사용자 목록과 항목이 포함됩니다. 진행 중인 세션, 로그인·계정 정보, 구매 권한·스토어 거래 자료, 설치된 코스 데이터베이스, 이미지·오디오 캐시, 동기화 부가정보와 기기 전용 앱 언어는 포함되지 않습니다. 파일은 이용자가 직접 보관·공유하며 앱이 자동으로 업로드하지 않습니다.
4. 유료 코스와 인앱결제
유료 TOPIK 코스의 구매와 복원은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 인앱결제로 처리됩니다. 구매·복원 전에는 Apple 또는 Google 계정으로 PassVoca에 로그인해야 합니다. 운영자는 카드번호 등 결제수단을 받지 않습니다.
유료 코스 권한은 로그인 세션과 함께 스토어 거래를 서버가 검증한 뒤 부여됩니다. 한 거래는 한 PassVoca 계정에만 연결될 수 있고, 로그인만으로 새 계정에 자동 재귀속되지 않습니다. 상품, 거래, 검증·환불 상태의 처리와 계정 삭제 후 남을 수 있는 최소 소유권 표식은 개인정보처리방침에 설명되어 있습니다.
결제 취소와 환불은 Apple 또는 Google의 정책과 절차를 따릅니다. 운영자는 스토어 결제를 직접 환불하지 않습니다. 스토어가 환불하거나 거래를 무효화하면 해당 권한이 회수될 수 있습니다.
5. 계정 삭제와 개인정보
계정 삭제는 앱의 계정 화면에서 재인증 후 요청할 수 있습니다. 서버 삭제가 성공하면 계정과 서버의 동기화·구매 검증 데이터 및 account-owned 기기 학습 데이터가 삭제됩니다. 로그아웃은 기기 학습 데이터를 유지합니다. 계정 삭제 전 Archive v2를 내보낼 수 있지만, Archive에는 계정 정보나 구매 권한이 포함되지 않습니다. 삭제·보관·동기화·구매 검증의 상세 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
6. 일반 이용자·아동 관련 정책
PassVoca는 일반 이용자 대상이며 특정 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 초기 출시에는 생년월일·연령을 묻거나 저장하는 연령 게이트를 두지 않습니다. 보호자·이용자 신고 또는 신뢰할 수 있는 다른 경로로 실제 만 14세 미만 이용자(또는 해당 관할의 동의 연령 미만)임을 알게 되면, 필요한 법정대리인 동의를 확인할 때까지 계정·동기화와 구매 검증을 제한하는 절차를 시작합니다. 동의를 확인할 수 없거나 동의하지 않으면 관련 법령에 따라 계정·동기화 데이터를 제한 또는 삭제합니다. 신고를 위해 이메일로 주민등록번호·신분증 사본을 보내지 마세요.
7. 서비스 변경과 면책
운영자는 콘텐츠, 기능, 지원 코스와 운영 방식을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며 특정 학습 결과나 시험 결과를 보장하지 않습니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 운영자는 앱 이용으로 발생한 간접적·부수적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 법령상 제한할 수 없는 책임은 이 조항으로 제한하지 않습니다.
8. 약관 변경
약관을 변경하면 이 페이지에 변경 내용과 시행일을 표시합니다. 변경 후 앱을 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

These Terms govern your use of PassVoca (the “app”), a TOPIK study app provided by Byungik Hyun (the “operator”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms. For this launch, the interface languages are English and Japanese.
1. Service
The app provides TOPIK courses, example scenes, separate learn/quiz/review sessions, and spaced repetition. Study features can be used on the device without signing in. The app contains no ads.
Sign-in and sync are optional. If you sign in with Apple or Google and enable sync, you can continue progress, review state, sessions, and lists covered by the sync contract across linked devices.
2. App license and your responsibilities
While you follow these Terms, the operator grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reverse engineering, decompiling, unauthorized redistribution, and interference with the service or its content are prohibited. You must follow applicable law and the applicable store terms.
3. Content and user-created study data
Rights in the TOPIK words, examples, images, curation, software, and design in the app belong to the operator or the relevant rights holders. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that content to you.
You retain rights in study data you create in the app, including words, meanings, examples, lists, and study records. Without sign-in, it is stored on your device. If you sign in and enable sync, it is sent to and stored on linked account servers as needed to provide the service. You must have the rights needed for data you enter or share and must not enter content that violates law or another person's rights.
Export data can create an Archive v2 JSON containing the full study state: settings, logical course references, shelves, user words with meanings/examples/typing forms, learning programs, ended sessions, review cards/baselines/events, flags, and custom lists/items. Active sessions; sign-in/account information; purchase entitlements/store evidence; installed course databases; image/audio caches; sync sidecars; and the device-only interface language are excluded. You choose whether to store or share the file; the app does not upload it automatically.
4. Paid courses and in-app purchases
Paid TOPIK courses are purchased and restored through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase. You must sign in to PassVoca with Apple or Google before purchasing or restoring. The operator does not receive card numbers or similar payment details.
Access to a paid course is granted only after the server verifies the store transaction with your signed-in session. A transaction can be linked to only one PassVoca account; signing in does not automatically attach it to a new account. Processing of product, transaction, verification/refund state, and the minimal ownership marker that may remain after account deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
Cancellations and refunds follow Apple's or Google's policies and procedures. The operator does not issue store refunds directly. A refund or invalidated transaction may result in the related entitlement being revoked.
5. Account deletion and privacy
You can request account deletion from the account screen after reauthentication. Once server deletion succeeds, the account, server sync/purchase-verification data, and account-owned study data on the device are deleted. Signing out keeps device study data. You may export Archive v2 before deletion, but it does not include account information or purchase entitlements. Details about deletion, retention, sync, and purchase verification are in the Privacy Policy.
6. General audience and children
PassVoca is a general-audience app and is not directed to specific children. At launch, we do not ask for or store a birth date or age and do not use an age gate. If a parent, user, or another reliable source tells us that a user is actually under 14 in Korea (or below the applicable consent age elsewhere), we begin the process of restricting account, sync, and purchase-verification processing while we determine whether legally required parental consent can be verified. If consent cannot be verified or is not given, we restrict or delete the account and synced data as applicable law requires. Do not send government-ID numbers or ID-document copies by email to make a report.
7. Service changes and disclaimer
The operator may change or discontinue content, features, supported courses, or operations. The app is provided “as is” and does not guarantee a particular learning or exam result. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes to these Terms
If these Terms change, the revised text and effective date will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you agree to the revised Terms.
