1. 서비스 개요
SnapLog(이하 "앱")는 카테고리별로 사진을 남기는 개인용 사진 로거입니다. 계정 없이 기기 안에서 기록·조회가 이루어집니다. 앱을 이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의하게 됩니다. 운영자: Kohana(현병익, 개인사업자).
2. 라이선스
앱은 개인적·비상업적 용도로 사용할 수 있는 제한적 라이선스를 제공합니다. 앱을 역설계·재배포하거나 법령에 위배되는 방식으로 이용할 수 없습니다.
3. 콘텐츠 소유권
이용자가 촬영하거나 작성한 사진과 내용의 소유권은 이용자에게 있습니다. 외부로 공유하기로 선택한 콘텐츠를 사용·공유할 권리가 있는지 확인할 책임도 이용자에게 있습니다.
4. 인앱결제
현재 버전에는 활성화된 인앱결제가 없습니다. 향후 프리미엄 상품이 제공되면 가격과 조건은 구매 전에 Apple App Store / Google Play를 통해 표시되며, 취소·갱신·환불은 해당 스토어의 약관을 따릅니다.
5. 면책조항
앱은 긴급·의료·금융·법률 또는 영구 보관 서비스가 아닙니다. 잃어서는 안 되는 기록은 별도로 백업해 주세요. 앱 데이터는 기본적으로 기기에 저장되며, 기기 분실·앱 삭제·기종 변경 시 백업이 없으면 소실될 수 있습니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 앱은 중단 없는 작동이나 영구적 데이터 보존을 보장하지 않고 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다.
6. 약관 변경
약관이 변경되는 경우 이 페이지에 갱신 내용과 시행일을 표기합니다. 변경 후에도 앱을 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
7. 준거법 및 관할
본 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 관련 소비자법상 포기할 수 없는 이용자의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

1. Service overview
SnapLog ("the app") is a personal photo log for keeping a photo per category. Everything runs on your device with no account. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. Operator: Kohana (Byungik Hyun, sole proprietor).
2. License
You are granted a limited license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use the app in any way that violates applicable law.
3. Content ownership
You keep ownership of the photos and content you capture or write. You are responsible for having the right to use and share any content you choose to share outside the app.
4. In-app purchases
This version has no active in-app purchase. If Premium products become available, prices and terms are shown by the App Store or Google Play before purchase, and cancellation, renewal, and refunds follow that store's terms.
5. Disclaimer
The app is not an emergency, medical, financial, legal, or permanent archival service. Keep independent backups of anything you cannot afford to lose. App data is stored on your device by default and can be lost — if you have no backup — when a device is lost, the app is deleted, or you switch devices. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is," without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or permanent data preservation.
6. Changes to these Terms
If these Terms change, updates and a new effective date will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea and do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
